As a Producer at Enigma, you need a real flair for creating interactive experiences. You should have an inate understanding of what makes for good usability, coupled with the skills to convey your vision to your clients and the team who’ll deliver the job.
You should be truly passionate about the digital world, where it’s going and it’s potential to transform across all manner of sectors. You’ll have the confidence to communicate this to a broad spectrum of clients, from directors of multinationals to start-up entrepreneurs. Teamed with that, we’d expect you to have a great eye for an opportunity, be that a business lead, an innovation, or ideally something that combines both!
You also need to be a superbly well-organised project manager; a natural leader who is prepared to pull out all of the stops to deliver. You’ll be comfortable with managing time – not just yours, that of your team too – and should be suitably compulsive about bringing things in to quality and to budget.
